Hard work normally pays off, and if you are using Mudbox, your hard work will still pay off.. but faster!
Obviously, compared to my last post, there has been some development especially after using Mudbox, it helped incredibly in placing the textures in it's right place much easier than PhotoShop, and I got to play with it to give the skin feel or roughness.
I do like what I see, faced some issues ofcourse, but Google and some persistence solves almost anything.

Of course the model is far from finished, next steps are:
1- Use a more realistic eye texture.
2- Use a better colour for the tongue (which you cannot see here) and teeth.
3- Try to lower the skin roughness a little bit (the layer of the skin roughness thing I did got deleted, and I have to find a way to solve this).
4- Try to fix the seams to make them unnoticeable as much as possible.
5- Some colour correction.
6- (The fun part) sculpt him for a more realistic muscular body.
